Nope, everyone says that, it's a whole new way of like, using a laptop, it'l totally take over them one day, it's amazing to use and the gaming platformness is great. It's so handy. Plus it has internet so you can take it anywhere and have Internet, the iPhones Internet is handy but imagine that on a more portable laptop type device. It's damn good. Plus this one can hold a ton of memory so we could put films on it and take it anywhere. With plus of it being lighter etc etc than a laptop. I think vie made my point now. Everybody misses the point, this is the next step in technology.
I agree that it is the next step in technology but I think it has a way to go before we reach a common standard, it's way to expensive....like the PS3 was when it first came out....but it's getting there.
I just don't think i'd pay almost 500 squid for a laptop equivalent that I had no control over....this is what bugs me about Apple products, you can't upgrade them or anything and your forced to buy their own accessories, which means they can charge whatever they want for them.
Since I got an iPod Touch it's taken a lot of my time away from my laptop doing creative stuff, so i'm a bit weary of these bigger versions.

I agree it's not at a price yet that will allow it to really become the standard as most people will be put off buying it.
i wouldn't be willing at the moment to fork out for a device that's somewhere in the middle of a macbook and an iphone when i've got both of them.

I agree it's waaaay to expensive, this ones £700!!!!! But his boss got him it for reaching a ridiculous deadline. Anywhooo I'd think it's a good buy if you don't have a laptop but you have a desktop computer. Maybe no iPhone too... If you just want the Internet for instance there's no point getting a laptop if you can do other stuff on your computer. If you get me.
