STIOBHART - OK so it wasn't 15 mins but not bad!!!!
It turned out the clock on the microwave was faster than the clock on my phone, so 15 minutes was not an accurate time. So i decided to time it on the stopwatch on my phone on the way home. Here is my recorded time. OK!!!

are you sure you didnae just pedal so fast that time started going backwards?
You can take screenshots on your iphone you know, just press the top button and the home button at the same time. lol
