Game Grads

Anyway, enough of the bullturds.


I thought i'd mention this careers fair for anyone here who might have the slightest interest of working in the games industry at some point, it's in Manchester in April and it's basically a free-to-attend event for students on a related course who want to get advice from the pros.
If they'll let us in (as you have to give your course and tutor's name) then it could be good to see the calibre of upcoming talents like ourselves.....plus get some good advice from the numerous companies that will be attending.

To put this in perspective, the games industry isn't all about creating game graphics. For instance, I'm sure that most of you have seen at least one of Sony's great game advertisements (a great one on TV at the moment for 'Heavy Rain') .....which are right up our street in terms of what we've been doing so far.....these advertisements are done by Sony's dedicated 'New Media' team. So it's not all about making the game itself.
